Rental Polices:

• All Rentals are due by 11:00am the date rental period ends
• All Rentals can be picked up or shipped at renters expense after 1:00pm the day before rental period starts
• Any extra days or or late returns will be billed at set rate
• All renters must provide certificate of insurance naming as lose payee “Whitney Ince”
• In lieu of insurance renter must purchase insurance provided by Whitney Ince at set forth rate which is usually 10% of cost of rental but is subject to change and will be noted on rental agreement.
• Renter must leave deposit for deductible of Insurance this will be refunded upon return
• A 20 % deposit is required to reserve equipment
• Deposit may be paid via Check, Cash, Money Order or Paypal
• Final Payment must be paid upon pick via Cash, Money Order, Check Paypal is only accepted if equipment is being shipping in person pick up must be paid via Cash, Money Order, Check
